For communities & future partners

No agreements signed. That is why this page exists.

We have not partnered with anyone yet — no utility, no municipality, no Indigenous government. What we can put in front of you today is the shape of the commitments we intend to negotiate, and an invitation to shape them before we can afford not to.

Equity, not allowance

Our proposal is Indigenous equity participation in site entities — the federal Indigenous Loan Guarantee Program exists for exactly this shape of project — plus employment and procurement commitments negotiated before ground breaks, not after.

Water is a shared interest

Any facility that touches a watershed answers to the people of that watershed. We propose community seats on environmental monitoring from the first feasibility study — and we will publish what we find.

Low-profile by design

Berms, low-glare lighting, viewshed setbacks, noise-attenuated siting: the default design brief for every site is that neighbours should hardly know it is there.

If your community sits near one of the thirteen proposed sites, your objections are worth more than our projections. We would rather hear them now: contact us directly.

Shape the commitment before it exists.
