Privacy policy
What we collect
Only what you type into our contact form: name, email, organisation, inquiry type, and message. Form submissions are delivered to our mailbox by Formspree (Formspree, Inc.), which acts as our processor. We keep no analytics: this site sets no cookies, loads no trackers, and runs no advertising technology.
How long we keep it
Messages are kept in our mailbox for as long as they are useful for replying to you, and are deleted on request. We do not sell, rent, or share correspondence.
Your rights
Under PIPEDA, and Québec’s Law 25 where it applies, you may ask what we hold about you, ask for correction, or ask for deletion. Email us and we will comply within 30 days.
Data residency
Correspondence is stored in the mailbox operated under our Canadian hosting account. Formspree processes the submission in transit; their infrastructure location may vary — if this matters to your institution, email us directly instead of using the form.
